It is highly recommended that you schedule your appointment in advance. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made (60 days) prior to your reserved date or you will be responsible for the remaining balance. A non-refundable 50% desposit is required to book all appointments. Payment in full is required for all virtual one-on-one lessons, bridal parties and group sessions. All deposits and full payments are non-refundable (unless medical emergency occurs or death in immediate family). Cancellations must be done within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time in order to transfer appointment date. Payments are non-transferable if the appointment is cancelled on the same day. All no show appointments will be charged a $35 fee (which would be required with a new deposit fee to book any future appointments).
Please arrive on-time or a maximum of 5 minutes early. If you arrive 10 minutes late your services will be modified for the time allotted. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it will be cancelled without a refund or transfer. If you would like to book another appointment at a later date an additional deposit would be required to book. Please plan to arrive on time out of respect and consideration for myself and other customers.
Please note additional guest are not permitted during the time of your appointment. We ask that you please limit your cell phone usage during your session to help
HEALTH & WELLNESS:
If you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. If you have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, etc. please reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of being diagnosed. This will help ensure the safety of myself and others. All masks must be worn upon entry and hand sanitizer will be provided. If you are experiencing any other health issues, please be considerate of the elderly clientele I serve as I strive to protect their health along with others with a compromised immune system.
PAYMENT METHODS:
CashApp, Apple Pay, PayPal and Zelle are all accepted. Cash is accepted for balance and tips. All appointments require a 50% non-refundable/ non transferrable deposit. However, bridal parties are required to pay in full at the time of booking. Special packages, Makeup classes require payment in full at the time of booking.
